We focus mostly on the two leading commercial products, BitDefender Security for Mail Servers and BitDefender Security for Samba, but every now and then we try to give something back to the community. This means that we write small pieces of open source software, put together free tools based on BitDefender technology (such as BitDefender Scanner) or simply help out with advice on popular mailing lists related to open source software.

If you wish to find out more details about current and past contributors, take a look at ~bitdefender/var/lib/about.html (assuming you have one of the BitDefender Security products installed).
